Description
I created this surreal image by first taking a photograph of an aspen grove (south of Stoughton, WI) with intentional vertical camera motion to blur the trees into vertical stripes. Then, I used a combination of distort/blur operations to create the swirly portions, and finally, I blended back some of the original image to give context of the forest scene.
