B&W TV, Color Window
View of the sweeping prairie through living window contrasts with the drab, nearly B&W interior. Whenever I happen to be driving through the area, I can't resist pointing my lenses at this beautiful and stately old homestead on the Benson County (North Dakota) prairie, homestead of Ole Solberg. (Seach "Solberg" to see all the ones I've put up here on my gallery) The varying seasons and lighting angles yield new image opportunities, without fail. I could fill a coffee table book with images just from this site! The house's days are numbered though, as the concrete foundation on north side has cracked and is rapidly collapsing inward into the basement, leaving a large span unsupported.
