"Cendak, Framed"
I went out this AM with intention of shooting the remaining sliver of the almost-new moon behind a local windmill, but I waited a little too long and it disappeared in the skyglow. I turned around to leave and saw this opportunity instead, moving my position a bit to put Cendak elevator right in the little window of this "familiar" (you'll recognize them, if you've followed my page for long!) cottonwood grove... The sun was just beginning to rise, so you can see that lovely pink-blue transition caused by the earths shadow in our atmosphere.
