The outstretched limb of an elderly cottonwood cradles the sun for one last moment before another cold night's sleep on icy Lake Waubesa. Shot captured from the Mcfarland boardwalk trail on 2/27/22 with Pentax K-1 and DFA15-30 lens at 15mm (ultrawide).
