Description
I captured this sun/sign syzygy on an evening in late May near Brinsmade, ND as I approached O'Connel Lake on the county road headed west. I saw the bullet hole in the sign, and knew it would only take a little maneuvering to get the sun to show through it for a dramatic effect. This picture might be interesting to those of you who might have ever "dodged a bullet" in your life! Not for the sign! I went back last summer to shoot this again, and it had gather a dozen more holes - not as pretty any more!
