"Gotcha"
Just a few minutes ago, I was setting up tripod at nearby pond, attaching long lens, etc. getting ready to photograph this Great Blue Heron who was sitting (very still!) on a stump in a pond. All of a sudden, it took off right towards me - I raised camera (not yet on tripod) and started shooting the action, which culminated in a nice fresh-fish breakfast for the Heron! Luckily I had the camera settings approximately correct for catching the unexpected action...
