This old garage is found in Ellison Bay of Door County, Wisconsin. Someone clearly still cares about it, bedazzling the bed of Chevy pickup with flowers each year - or at least this year and two years ago when I was last there, so it must be a tradition. Based upon the 1972 license plate in garage, the place closed a long time ago! From what I could learn online, Gus passed in 1982. Some ladies in the Ellison Bay service club keep the truck decorated - changing out it up to 9 times a year for seasons/holidays!
