"Moosing Around"
I went on an early AM drive looking for photo opportunities after the first dusting of snow for the season on Oct 17, 2020 and was thrilled to stumble upon this scene! This young male was wandering around in a cow pasture about 6 miles southeast of Leeds, ND, and didn't seem too frightened of me as I took dozens of pictures. This image was my favorite of the bunch, and I was really excited with it! Moose used to be very rare in this area, but apparently they are "moving in" in recent years.
