Morning has Broken"
It snowed (rather heavily) on April 27'th and when I got up early on April 28'th to go for a walk and check things out, I encountered this ethereal scene at Virgin Lake (a natural area right within Stoughton city limits). It was beautiful - sun breaking through the snow-draped on freshly budding/leafing trees, fog rising from water, snow-dappled green grass, logs glazed in white, birds singing, sounds of melting snow falling off of trees all around me. I was simply in awe, and started shooting.. I have posted two of my favorites here in my gallery.
