"Alone in the World"
While driving around near Maddock ND, I spotted an unusually short white silo off in a distant field which seemed picturesque to me, isolated on its hilltop, situated in a field of young green wheat. It almost looked like an astronomical observatory, being so squat.
I had some time to kill, so drove as close as possible and walked in the rest of way to see it closer up. I've never seen such a short silo before! It must be quite old (like early 1900's..).
The source file is VERY high resolution - stitched from three 36 Mpixel images, so would look very good even printed large!
