2021 Snow Moon I went out on Saturday evening (2/27) to catch the rise of the "Snow Moon". This location south of Stoughton showed some prospect for being a good alignment (using my planning app, TPE), so I headed there and waited. The building in background says "Viney" so that must be name of the farmers that live there. This image is close to the actual color - I even dialed back saturation a bit - it rose like blood on the eastern horizon. Shot with a Pentax DA*200mm telephoto lens, and six second exposure using Pentax K-1.
