"Wooly Wisconsin Wanderer" - Mammoth at Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Centor
This spectacular life-size mammoth was created by sculptor Curt Walker out of ~17,000 of little pieces of metal rebar, and is located at the Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor center, just north of Horicon, WI. It weighs almost four tons and contains over 3 miles of rebar! Another version is available (vertical format, front view) - just search "Mammoth" to see both!
