Description
"Freshly Frosted"
All our snow melted and then we got a 4" fresh batch overnight so I went out shooting this AM. I have quite a few to share, but here's the first. This is the idyllic one-room schoolhouse (now well-cared for community center) of historic Cooksville, WI, which was established in 1842 by John Cook. I have shot and shared sooo many images from this location (even some of this very composition, featuring the spectacular oak tree with its huge spreading limbs), but new lighting/conditions keeps drawing me back for "just one more". To see others that are available, just search for "Cooksville" on my gallery site.
Image captured 3/7/22 with Pentax K1 and DFA28-105 lens at 105mm.
